If I knew who you were, I would drive to your location and projectile vomit on you. Board members drove the company into the ground. Kare has not even talked to his employees yet (except for the nice Christmas card). The layoffs communication is a mess, now it will be expected to uproot our families and move to NJ?!? Worst leadership I have ever seen in Pharma. Enjoy going down with the ship.
LOL, stop punking us, go back to running the country, DJT you are the biggest internet troll on the planet!!Grass is greener where you water it the most. Switch your mindset from negative to POSITIVE and you will start to see all the good things about Teva and its leadership.
I really hope you are joking! It's completely unethical for the company to take away a performance based bonus, especially when Respiratory delivered on the objective. I'm sure many would be willing to hand the bonus accellerator over, just as soon Kare hands back his $20 million sign on bonus.
The amount of people leaving after the March payout will be staggering. We are all a number, and dispensable at anytime. The leaders here are loyal to themselves and the shareholders. Get it? Look out for yourself! Teva will not look out for you!
CNEs are getting cut, too pricey, offices are trained in pull through, same with infusion centers. Patients are going to have to call TSS & advocate for themselves.
Agreed, it's unethical to not pay money based on performance, and questionable legally. I agree with that post about class action. Look at your scorecard. Both sections of the payouts are labeled as "EARNINGS." We EARNED that. It's a result of sales generated, goals met. Teva is hoping no one fights back, that people go with idiotic viewpoints like "I'll give it up to help get Teva out of the hole!" Teva isn't in the hole. They're in an ABYSS of debt, poor decisions, and failure. As the above poster stated, Kare's not offering up his $20M sign on. Why are WE on the hook??
Also agreed, this place is going to be a graveyard after the March payout. Should just pay us our original "EARNINGS" as well as our portion due of our accelerator "EARNINGS" so we can all just part ways peacefully.
'Bonus' is optional in all pharma. It is NOT the same as 'Commission' -which is an obligatory part of a comp plan. As all icp's state, "Management reserves the right to change this plan at any time."
If leadership stated that the intent is to pay customer facing employees then one should expect it. They did the right thing last year so why would someone expect it to change this year?
This is a great company with even better pay! Let’s roll with the punches and ignore the nonsense. We will all be safe and soon be representing a great migraine medication! On a positive note we will have two great products and that’s awesome for our families/mortgages.
Use the generous ESPP benefit Teva offers all of us to make up for our lost bonus! max out on it and it will more than make up for the lost money.
You are fucking high, or just a major troll. Next week will be a bloodbath.
My manager was almost crying today on our call. He knows inext Tuesday/Wednesday is the end of the line. How quiet has the corporate email these past 2-3 weeks? And no prep for the NSM? We’re all screwed. Update your LinkedIn profiles, get noticed & get ready to make a move.

Max out BOTH your 401K match AND ESPP and you are good to go!!!!!
In reality, the company needs the bonus more than us. Without the company we are nothing.
Company FIRST! TEAM FIRST! BELIEVE IN OUR LEADERSHIP and help them be successful. Their success is OUR success!
What division are you worried about getting cuts? The core respiratory team should be fine. The severe asthma group should probably be concerned about layoffs after the trial failure. Either way you look at it, the migraine drug better do really well out of the launch or we all are on the chopping block.
Severe asthma probably prefer a layoff. Most will be with other companies later this year. Competitors are expanding for resp biologics. Could save company money to just give them all severance/bonus and let them hedge their bets. And then it’s more job security for us with launching migraine. Still nervous they will give migraine to SA and we’re left with just redihaler. Expecially after the injection trials were so bad.
After the bonus is paid there will only be about 20 severe reps left. They will move to TN to sell migraine.
Cinqair will be brought in-house to be supported by Teva's inside sales group for the few docs writing and the few patients who are on it. Teva screwed the sub-q trials badly and its done.
