If I knew who you were, I would drive to your location and projectile vomit on you. Board members drove the company into the ground. Kare has not even talked to his employees yet (except for the nice Christmas card). The layoffs communication is a mess, now it will be expected to uproot our families and move to NJ?!? Worst leadership I have ever seen in Pharma. Enjoy going down with the ship.
 












I really hope you are joking! It's completely unethical for the company to take away a performance based bonus, especially when Respiratory delivered on the objective. I'm sure many would be willing to hand the bonus accellerator over, just as soon Kare hands back his $20 million sign on bonus.

The amount of people leaving after the March payout will be staggering. We are all a number, and dispensable at anytime. The leaders here are loyal to themselves and the shareholders. Get it? Look out for yourself! Teva will not look out for you!

Both sections of the payouts are labeled as "EARNINGS." We EARNED that. It's a result of sales generated, goals met. Teva is hoping no one fights back, that people go with idiotic viewpoints like "I'll give it up to help get Teva out of the hole!" Teva isn't in the hole. They're in an ABYSS of debt, poor decisions, and failure. As the above poster stated, Kare's not offering up his $20M sign on. Why are WE on the hook??

Also agreed, this place is going to be a graveyard after the March payout. Should just pay us our original "EARNINGS" as well as our portion due of our accelerator "EARNINGS" so we can all just part ways peacefully.

They will pay the bonus. This place is in dire straits though and I think most should be looking for better opportunities and that is pretty much any opportunity at this point, especially if you work here and do not make in the mid 6 figures. You are being paid peanuts compared to many here if that is the case. This gig is nothing special and can be found almost anywhere in pharma, even contract sales. At least somewhere else isn't on the verge of collapse. They are offering us nothing here.
 






Note that MSLs are also customer facing and they have been told they are not getting their bonus. Upon outcry, leadership is in the ‘middle of a conversation’ about it. Maybe pay those that stay but not those that are cut?
 






This is a great company with even better pay! Let’s roll with the punches and ignore the nonsense. We will all be safe and soon be representing a great migraine medication! On a positive note we will have two great products and that’s awesome for our families/mortgages.

Use the generous ESPP benefit Teva offers all of us to make up for our lost bonus! max out on it and it will more than make up for the lost money.

What division are you worried about getting cuts? The core respiratory team should be fine. The severe asthma group should probably be concerned about layoffs after the trial failure. Either way you look at it, the migraine drug better do really well out of the launch or we all are on the chopping block.

i agree. now is the time to come together. a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. some weak links (c.c,
m.f) are now gone. more weak links need to go this week.
after that, our future will be bright if we work hard and support each other including leadership.
in the same way PresDT has made America great again (getting rid of weak links, economy great, stock market gains, lowest AA unemployment ever) we can make Teva great again.

Could save company money to just give them all severance/bonus and let them hedge their bets. And then it’s more job security for us with launching migraine. Still nervous they will give migraine to SA and we’re left with just redihaler. Expecially after the injection trials were so bad.

Agreed. This post is dead on. There are only about 50 or so Cinqair reps now and with managers ready to be cut this next week, its over. Most Cinqair reps have already been contacted and set to interview with AZ, Regeneron and Sanofi for their Biologic sub-q products. I.V. cant compete with all these sub-q products for SA on the market or those soon to launch. Cinqair will be brought in-house to be supported by Teva's inside sales group for the few docs writing and the few patients who are on it. Teva screwed the sub-q trials badly and its done.
 












Are they going to be getting rid of some of the core regional managers or will they all be selling the migraine drug with us? It doesn't seem like they need all of these managers, especially when some managers don't even have many people on their teams.
