Agreed... We “primary care” may be safe for now, but no one plan on retiring here.

I just hope we get our kicker payout in March. And September too. But I’m still in shock that they’re looking to see if they can get out of paying us money that we have already earned. I understand they took HO bonuses away, and I found that just awful. But we have scorecards, and the HR page CC pointed out to us, that document the kicker bonus from 2017 is owed to us based on sales. I just don’t know how they can legally not pay us. It’s not worth it for people to individually get legal counsel involved, but I could see a class action suit on their hands if they don’t pay out the bonus.

Happy they found $20 million to give Kare for signing on!

  • the criteria for payment is clearly measurable and based on company and/or individual performance, all of which has been met
Why does everyone assume we can’t get what they’ve told us we’re entitled to receive as a direct result of performance?
 






what are you smoking, there will be no bonus accelerator. Teva is in “survival mode” which means only expenses that are absolutely required will be paid out. They just got rid of the VP of sales, but you think your extra bonus is safe, seriously!? TheHO people got $0 and that includes the people who they kept.

I really hope you are joking! It's completely unethical for the company to take away a performance based bonus, especially when Respiratory delivered on the objective. I'm sure many would be willing to hand the bonus accellerator over, just as soon Kare hands back his $20 million sign on bonus.

The amount of people leaving after the March payout will be staggering. We are all a number, and dispensable at anytime. The leaders here are loyal to themselves and the shareholders. Get it? Look out for yourself! Teva will not look out for you!

SO selfish! Mr. Kare needs to make a living as well! So do all the board members and higher ups. They have all worked very hard to get to where they are. We need to be supportive of them and help make their job easier in anyway we can. If that means us sacrificing a little now for huge benefits in the long run then lets get on board and do it folks. Once again, think Big Picture!

Bonus are a benefit - which can be taken away at any time at the direction of the company and are different then a commissions based incentive. Which is why, when you leave before you are paid your bonus the company does not have to pay you where as with commissions they legally have to pay you.

Grass is greener where you water it the most. Switch your mindset from negative to POSITIVE and you will start to see all the good things about Teva and its leadership.
