Agreed... We “primary care” may be safe for now, but no one plan on retiring here.
I just hope we get our kicker payout in March. And September too. But I’m still in shock that they’re looking to see if they can get out of paying us money that we have already earned. I understand they took HO bonuses away, and I found that just awful. But we have scorecards, and the HR page CC pointed out to us, that document the kicker bonus from 2017 is owed to us based on sales. I just don’t know how they can legally not pay us. It’s not worth it for people to individually get legal counsel involved, but I could see a class action suit on their hands if they don’t pay out the bonus.
Happy they found $20 million to give Kare for signing on!
