Home office hell of psycho leadership

Last few posts are on point. I was lucky to get out of this company and industry and join an industry where my work makes a difference and helps make life easier for hard working people. No more taking advantage of the system.

To any who are trying to get out- just do it. Take the pay cut and start over in a new industry. I make half as much money but I at least can be proud of the man i am and dont have to cringe when I tell somebody what I do for work.

Do i miss working 20hr a week? Hell yeah, but my self worth is so much better now and i sleep better after working hard too

So you took that job working the glory hole at Applebee's after all?

Don't waste your time calling on providers with no-need Rexulti or spend your time here with all the fake positivity. Do the Uber and Lyft gig like I do and thank the morons at Otsuka paying for the car and gas.

Met some very nice people and made great contacts. Drove a Fresenius regional RSD to the airport this morning. Worthwhile contact to have, when the inevitable poop hits the fan at Otsuka.

Looks like a post from either a new rep or someone way down the ladder at home office. If you ever see presentations shared with the field, you'll know we are very profitable and a good investment by Japan. The US division more than pulls its weight to contribute back to Japan. If we reduce headcount by one, say we get rid of you, then we are even more profitable. Please resign your employment immediately.

Once you get the ball rolling on refills it’s a slide.

When you get triggered by a death. Divorce. Lose your job. Or anything else that you’re supposed to feel sad about, they get gaslight you into anti-depressants. I’ve met 3 people in my life with biochemically legit reasons to take them. The rest are the me too victims of docs who write after getting 4 calls a day from reps from the same company.

And you really think that Japan worries about our mental health? A drug company that peddles groceries and wine cares about revenue, not whether we jump off bridges.

The Web page of Otsuka-US states:

"We believe in Humility. We unite to serve the needs of others before our own"

How much more disingenuous can you get? We are so humble that we charge a 4 digit Dollar amount for a crappy me-too drug, marketed cough syrup for over $800 a month and had no shame doing it! But, "we believe in humility". What clown at the home office is smoking weed for breakfast? Do these idiots in the home office truly believe this crap? This is so ridiculous I am tempted to write to the media (WSJ, Minneapolis Star Tribune, New York Times) about this arrogance and phoniness!

You are spot on, totally agree:mad::mad::mad::mad:...But we reserve the right to pretend to be humble and blow smoke up people's asses. It's the Otsuka Way!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Hey, we have an "Ethics" department that does nothing else all day but create the impression we are "humble", "ethical", "serving others", and "put their needs before ours".....:confused::confused::confused:. What a complete joke this company is!:eek::eek::eek:

Lighten up Willy...We have every right to make people believe we are ethical....
Well how about the sales rep that got railroaded, fired and then the West Coast business partner tried to deny the individual unemployment benefits? This was especially harsh, because the rep was not married.
Just imagine this: A Billion Dollar company trying to deny someone unemployment benefits? Are you kidding me? It's the Otsuka Way!! Fuck you assholes at the home office! Just wait, Karma is a Bitch!

Talking about Otsuka style ethics: A special specimen of human shit at the home office made sure a rep got fired and then tried to deny the individual unemployment insurance. This comes from a Billion Dollar company. The individual was really in dire straits because of being the sole income provider. Fired due to poor performance, not of work habits. It's the "Otsuka Way". Fuck you, Mr Business Partner and the horse you came on.
