Btw, when it is true it is not libelous. Yes, we have a great products. Unfortunately , bad leadership runs through out.
 




































This was Carlyn's pet project. Now that he is leaving this division will sink back down into obscurity where it has been forever. I predict the genius Monte will leave shortly, after alienating just about everybody in the company with his arrogance. We have great respiratory products but this is just such a small market.

Don't forget Paula in Texas. This place is imploding. We once had solid leadership and very good RD's but all that changed the day Boerst and his henchmen like Roeser, Lee took power. That started the downfall they got rid of anybody that knew something so we ended up with Jody, Sean and eventually a team of RD's that none of us think are very competent. John Powers in a different region is listed as one of the "worst managers that a person has ever had" on a different string in this website. Perhaps this is why Siri, a Summit / Master's recipient quit w/o even a job. We have great products but our leadership is horrible. Their idea of help is to cut our commissions, outsource Metaneb to a bunch of clowns but make us do most of their work. They cut our car allowance and play big brother on our every move. I'm not kidding when I say virtually everyone is applying for other jobs.

Yes, spot on. RC has bad culture, mediocre RD's, and leadership is clueless. If you are interviewing for the many open sales positions I'd suggest you pass on this place unless you really like to be stressed out or desperate for a job.
