I think it's great that SM is the king of overpromising and underdelivering. I've heard him tell TM's that it's a 150k job. Reality is prob only 1-2 TM's make that kind of money let alone AD's.
He should be more honest with his people and certainly himself. He's an okay guy but more concerned with checking the stock ticker/portfolio than actually leading a sales force. I think he may have the potential to be a good rep somewhere. A leader, not really confident about that.
Rule#1 a good leader always UNDER promises and OVER delivers. Bad shit.

some things never change

Because the management above him is even lamer and incapable. Reading this thread that has transpired over 4-5 years, it boggles the mind that Corporate just make the call and get rid of SM and DM. The vessel sealing debacle is all DM's fault. They could have had Enseal for cheap years ago but nooooo we are so good we'll start from scratch while the parade has passed and is way down the street once we get our pathetic product out.

Sad that we as a company have continued to fail at Largo due to the site manger and everyone under his guidance. PMO/CMO has recorded the highest company losses on record due to TC/HR and anyone else involved with hiring over the phone. Not only have you cost the company huge losses, you continually put long term employees in danger day to day dealing with inexperienced new hires. This is borderline in so many ways.
