Here is my guess with just a little psychological profiling.

From my experience dating a lot of guys. It’s go to be a male DM, girls just get revenge and don’t need to make veiled threats! He’s probably a super insecure, macho acting dude with a little tiny soft one. I’ll bet he drives a European sports car, wears tight shirts that are too small for him, has a few tattoos, and has cheesy porn star mustache, beard, or soul patch. Even sadder he is probably divorced or going to be soon because he drinks too much hiding from his sad reality when he’s not blowing his stack threatening people!

Anybody else have any guesses? Who is this maniac?

Actually, I can think of a few female DMs who would write this crap. A word of caution to DMs - PIPs work both ways. You're not immune especially in this Transformation, BOLD, BOOST, BS-Bingo environment.
 


















Can you say 360 Degree Review! My last DSM goat hammered two times in 5 years, both times he had blood in his eyes for revenge. It was like the Spanish Inquisition and then retaliatory emails! He survived BOLD too. :(

It is the Roche influences on Genentech,
Gazyva = Roche drug = dumb = to late to mkt and should have been price 10% less than R.
RH = just dumber

Everything you said is correct. The most important being the Roche influence. Look around. People with options are leaving. Now we are left with primary care thinking, rote behavior, lifer reps with a sole purpose of clocking in/clocking out and not getting fired. I know we think of GNE as a special place and it used to be, but I’m hoping there are other special places to work. I have to get out of here.

Speaking as someone who left, there are many special places to work. GNE is over. Maybe the Phoenix will rise again but with Roche at the helm probably not.
