• Make it like cafepharma, but for different industries: over the years we’ve had suggestions for creating a site similar to cafepharma, but for different industries. Now there is a place. Hematology

What’s up finally being asked to do your job? Actually being held accountable for the first time? Can’t hack it? What’s you excuse now? Bad forecast? Coverage? Though Leader support? Functional partners? Yep I have heard them all. If you really had an issue you have plenty of opportunity to man up and address them with leadership. If you were a really good rep you would have multiple job offers and would have left already. No one wants you. You have no job opportunities. You are desperately hanging on and we know you don’t work. You will be cut loose, except no big buyout for you. We kept you so we can embarrass you with PM’s and a nice PIP. Everyone will know how worthless you are as we put you on a plan. You will cry and post more on cafepharma but it is pointless. Then finally when you have no pride left and you beg for your job because of your family or whatever. I will be there to look you in the face and tell you finally how much of a piece of crap you really are. Oh don’t worry everyone in your area will know you got canned and no other company will come near you. You will have to finally get a real job. Probably washing cars or something and you will regret being a piker. You think to yourself, If I only gave 100% and did what was asked I had it so good. Nope you are a loser and the bill is due. So get ready.

Wow, really? If that’s SG from LV, that is scary. Heard he was a ‘hot head drinker.’ Put down the bottle, roll another doobie and chill-out bud!

This used to be a great franchise but big pharma management and Roche tools climbed aboard and the train went off the tracks. Weak/incompetent leadership ruins even the best.

As a long-term DNA original, this an absolutely retarded statement!
1. We’ve got plenty of tools who grew-up here at Genentech and were promoted into marketing and leadership too!

2. We would be totally screwed without the deep pockets from Basel providing stability as we loose more than half the portfolio over the cliff to generic biosimilars.

3. By my observation from MCCO working with all the BU’s. My most tenacious BioOnc COS’s are some LGI and the Legend/O2 who were forced to compete in the marketplace. Unlike our original HEM, AVA, and HER peeps whom I love, but, just seem to be arrogant, overpaid, and entitled. :-(

4. Be accountable for your own choices and behavior. Know one ruins you... except YOU!

Please....MCCO is part of the problem.

Most TOXIC environment I have ever been in. Jon B's departure was the beginning of the landslide...remain stunned at those who were once kind and have now changed themselves...culture is rotting from the inside out...heartbreaking to watch...
Absolutely. The true colors are showing and it's really sad.

We are fixing MCCO! Not blaming others, reading our own mail and correcting the ship.

First step was getting rid of arrogant and misguided vision of Kent Lieginger! It’s been getting better every day since, not perfect yet!
Thanks for the honesty. Very refreshing in this blame game environment. Good luck.

What does the future have in store for HEM?

Is there life after the “Big R” dies? Are Gazyva, R-Hycela,and Venclexta....maybe the ADC aspirations working out well enough to save us and support BioOnc?

Is Christy Oliger right for BioOnc?

I miss Troy Cox [glad I bought Foundation Health stock] mostly satisfied with our leadership here in HEM.
