I don't understand how you go from Gpo to rsd in 5 months. No onc dm background. Wtf! Turnover 100 percent, emails at all hours of the night(inappropriate!) and she's still here. Nice.

What's wrong with emails at all hours of the night? Are you expected to answer them immediately? If not, why the hell do you care when she works?

If she were a guy you would say she was a dedicated, hard worker!

Emails don't take much work. Guy or gal up that late is usually talking to someone in person who is also familiar with the subject matter of the email. Very unprofessional.

I have taken a look at the numbers and Provenge sales are growing well and our prime competitor Zytiga's sales have dramatically declined in the U.S. this past calendar quarter:

Zytiga sales:

Q4 2012
$114m USA
$150m ROW
$264m Total

Q3 2012
$136m USA
$129m ROW
$265m Total

Bottom line, USA Zytiga sales were down $22M sequentially or 16.2% for the 4th quarter. Provenge sales were up 5% for the quarter.

If you understood how email works, you would know she can save it as a draft and send it at appropriate times. She sends it at all hours to have people wondering wtf shes doing or what kind of life she leads or who she is with when writing those emails.
 












Emails are non-intrusive, phone calls are intrusive. She emails - I could care less what time she sends them. At least she is pondering how to improve things during non work hours. Nothing wrong with that.

The "numbers" for provenge certainly are looking better than zytiga. Zytiga US sales were down dramatically last quarter - negative 16% in the US.
 






True, but what were the Xtantdi sales in Q4? Zytiga drop in revenue did not benefit Provenge sales in Q4.

Its just that Xtandi is a much better compound than Zytiga and those who were in on the clinical trials jumped on it once commercially available.

We can refuse to admit that these drugs pose a threat or just ignore it. Both have the same result.

Dendreon will fail to exist as a company in 2015
 






Provenge sales were up 5% in Q4 and Zytiga sales were down 16%. If you know Xtandi sales for Q4, please post them. The only way Dendreon ceases to exist as a company in 2015 is for the company to be acquiried at a much much higher share price which would make reps smart enough to own the stock rich.
 






Riga, leadership is sometimes hard. What's best for the team may seem like worst thing for you. We know you are buds with Erin but she is not competent as a rd. there are about 10 reps in her region with offers on the table. They believe in product, have good sales but hate her ridiculous bs. She is the tipping point, don't you get that. You've lost some great people and more to come if you don't put her in a different role that doesnt include sieect reports.

That leaves half of the region gone! 23 territories, with 3 vacant right now. Holy crap-how are we going to survive? There are only 8 original reps remaining I think. I guess that may explain why the numbers have been declining steadily out there for a while now. Has anyone looked at the turnover in the other regions as well? It was scary to see the amount of turnover we've had at the NSM when we had to stand up.
