Heads Roll at SJM

without Stevie wonder, who does the work at PENN while JW is on north broad street? MM? RO? Doubt it. I guess that's why we have RG version 4. What a complete joke

Doing the "work" is a 75K a year job. Building and leveraging relationships to drive sales like JW has continually done is a 400-500K a year job. How about them apples

The fact that our entire TSS group can't stomach the sales reps and management is telling of the culture that our fearless leader has created. Us against them mentality. It's been made clear that our job is to work hard to cover cases while the reps build the relationship. Best I can tell, this means they don't do much of anything. Try calling any rep on a random Friday after 2 O'Clock. If you're such a seasoned rep and have been CRM for 10 years don't you have relationships established at this point? Jokers everywhere.

Yes. The question you should be asking yourself is why aren't you a seasoned rep and instead just a lowly clinical? Why don't you develop some relationships you can leverage? Work hard? Don't make me laugh. You should try pouring concrete, you are an overpaid nurse.
Enjoy it while you can - also, if you are who we think you are... Lose some weight too, you have plenty of free time to work out... Thanks

This is exactly why SJM Phila is a joke. Personal attacks and an attitude of superiority. Our reps and their ring leader, JP, just don't get it. We'll see how this quarter finishes and maybe they will be the ones pouring concrete.

But really? Probably not. These men are CRM legends. If they are demoted, it will be to your job. Then... Where will you go

Hey, JW, take a look in the mirror.

TSS's are the "Backbone" of this and many company's. They are the ones out there daily fulfilling their duties. They are the ones covering most of the cases and almost all of the clinics. Most are from a technical/engineering background and enjoy the technical aspects of the job, I'm sure some don't want to become sales reps, while others do, realizing the potential in management growth and increase income, but new headaches come with the job.
Its just too and that SJM doest appreciate them!

I say fire them all.

So obviously JW. Legend. Isn't he too busy leveraging his awesome relationships across the marketplace? 1 or 2 implanters actually want him in the lab.

Is this a joke? JW built his business from the ground up. A very hard worker and very smooth salesman. Not to mention, not a bad looking individual.
