He was a below average CRM rep that JP convinced to take a promotion (if you want to call it that) with CV. Abbott will quickly ascertain his level of incompetence and he will be looking for a new job.

He was excellent at letting others do the work and cover late or challenging cases. He will fit right in on our CV side. Easy job without any real pressure.

Can't imagine coming over to CV was a great move being that's the division with the most Abbott overlap and I'm sure the most vulnerable for massive layoffs.

He was a good CRM rep. Who cares about covering cases? The job is about selling, obviously a clinical rep/idiot (really the same thing) wrote that last post. How can you comment on his CRM experience and then write he will fit in on our CV side. Unless you are KC there is no way you can know both sides.

If you can't cover a case and be clinically savvy how can you effectively sell? Good luck w the layoffs KL. CRM always got first choice on promotions, but in this case too little, too late. Classic push-out.

Did anyone on our team like KL? Let me answer for you - No! He dodged work and stranded his own teammates in late cases while he was (cough) in the suburbs.

He is lazy and will be have crosshairs on his back very quickly.

This person hit the nail on the head. But in most accounts, JP back filled with his buddies, so not sure we're better off. The clown posse just keeps accumulating more customers while they expect the TSS to do the work for them. We're surrounded by lazy reps.
