Hanson

I guess wrong site to say something nice about the corporate dudes.....but I thought they did a spectacular job in the earnings call. I was proud.

and nope...Im not in HR, management, Bryan's wife, whatever.

and yes you can insult me.

Nope. You are right. 100%. They rocked that call. Hope next quarter is the same.

100%. And I have been here 17.5 years

you are the only long term employee who listened to the call. Congratulations. The rest of us don’t care anymore, we just want this group of leadership GONE. Hanson proved he’s all about himself 100%. Give him his millions so he can move on and we can get somebody who understands this challenge, not someone who has multiple challenges…..

Bring Dvorak back now!!!!

Interesting topic-
Scoreboard- David started and the stock was at 85.50 (ceo tenure not including his other role as zimmer)
He concluded in 2017 when the stock was at 118.
Not exactly lights out but compared to Hanson, the bull, and bezajk it’s not even close.
Sales were 3.8 bil and when he took over and they were approximately 7.6 using 2016 numbers prior to his leaving in 2017.
He acquired Abbott spine, knee creations, and biomet, the largest merger in orthopedics history.
Maybe you didn’t like him but his track record isn’t even comparable to layoffs, horrible stock performance, moral at lows, and bringing on the bull and beighjak.
A thought to ponder.

Scoreboard indeed.

And I’m no DD apologist, because he had to go, but for the sheep here defending the BH era, do yourself a favor and compare the total returns for SYK over the past 7 years compared to ZBH. If that doesn’t paint the picture for you, not sure anything else will.

All amazing acquistions. So happy we bought Biomet.....thanks God we divested Spine....and for the love of Christ can someone throw knee creations in the garbage can?

I like neither DD or BH

Hanson came to ZB four and a half years ago big guy. And you are right….SYK has kicked ZB’s ass for the last seven……and fifteen years…

it takes more than fluff to win in MedTech. While ZB has been acquiring nothing (or done horrendous deals) SYK has become the best company in Healthcare. Not just a metal and plastic shit house. All the shit that IT talks about SYK did 8 years ago. And yes…..I do work here sadly.

preach!!!

Esg, DEI…. All fluffy words and bs that doesn’t deliver bottom line. We need a bold move and a leader who know this space.

That’s my point, moron. Did you think I was defending BH? The point was to show they both suck. Thot that was abundantly clear.

Bryan made $14.8M last year. You made shit your entire career. Stings uh?
Really, that’s your response?
Guess that’s to be expected from the sheep like you who feel compelled to defend this shit-show. If you actually still work for ZBH, you should have the decency to be embarrassed by the so-called ‘leadership’ from Hanson and Tornos.

that’s probably Mrs Hanson speaking. She know EXACTLY how much he brings home.
