Hmm. Funny. I thought I had a great interview with Mike and Lori and they ended up not moving me "forward". When I went back up, the lady at the desk said, "miss XYZ, they've decided to go in another direction." They couldn't event say why. Lori flat out lied and said to my face she would move me to the next round.

She was just being polite. She didn't want to tell you the truth and hurt your feelings.

yes my interview was great they also told me no offers this weekend but I was called and I have received offer doing back ground check very excited great pay 71,800 large bonus etc good gig!!
