This Bloomberg article reveals an FDA inspection at Dalien where a 2nd set of manufacturing records was hidden then moved, and finally revealed to show that batches were produced with expired components and retested numerous times when failing QA.

It also appeared that workers wore using the drains inside the clean room as a urinal.

These same people who told us it is dangerous to buy drugs from Canada built a plant in China??

If I remember correctly, just before the FDA audit one of the PGS senior leaders had made a high-profile visit to the plant and praised them for having such a great operation.......
