Aren’t we still waiting for all the improvements from the 2019 focus groups about company culture? Remember those? We had a big meeting to “review the results” around the time CoVID was kicking into gear. So two more years later, is there a people culture? Resounding NO. Accelerating in the wrong direction. That’s why people like Telesca get away with bashing colleagues (present and past). It’s tolerated by leadership. They even join in the banter. Is hard to watch and disgusting to listen to. So he and others like him are emboldened and the whole place slides down the toilet.
