Grass is not always greener

I am! 200K+ in earnings, but I can’t wait to receive a $300 stimulus check. You’re a dumb ass. Don’t let facts stop your moronic takes: https://www.ppic.org/publication/californias-population/
You obviously are rhe dullest knife in the drawer.. probably why you still work at MTPA. You posted a link trying to prove more people are moving to California..but didn't scroll down far enough...this is right from your link. Domestic migration out of California has accelerated.
From 2010 to 2020, 1.3 million more people left California for other states than came to California from other states

You could be related to PT, you both seem to have the same level of intelligence

Grass isn’t greener if you are an untalented snake who gets ahead by trying to look smart and valuable by trashing others. That’s a great situation if you dupe those around you. You stay where you are, kiss the right asses, and pray you never have to do much work that would reveal how little you know. Karma is real. Those people eventually taste their own venom.

Truer words cannot be said. This explains the OP perfectly. One can only hope Karma finds it way to him soon...

Facts? Truth? Those are foreign concepts to you. ES was not shown the door. But hopefully you will be. Problem is you spend your time creating false narratives to make execs think you are important and loyal. One day their blinders will come off and YOUR ass will be on the other side of the door. Then you may have a different view of the grass.

Facts? Truths? She was shown the door. She told someone JS told her to find a new job while they were at AAN. SHE said it. She could NOT survive HR. I know, I know, you want to tell the "corporate story", which you sadly believe are truths and facts, you're that brain washed. I don't have to impress anyone or make false narratives to make anyone think I am loyal...that's PT's way of work, which is probably why you went there first. Sadly for you, I do know the truth and facts. Just stop embarrassing yourself more than you do on a daily basis.

what happened to ES? Compliance issue? I didn’t know her well but was turned off by how quickly she pushed out one of her reps once she got the promo

Let’s not conjecture on people’s departures. There are basic truths that all can agree on. Only the folks who left know the real “why”. Lack of trust, favorites get special arrangements, and others do not. Regardless of who, it’s unhealthy. Not the bones of a stable company. Let’s face it, dealing with all the turnover is not productive. Instead of spending time constantly recruiting and on boarding new people, we all could spend time actually impacting the business.

This is mostly a nice post. Let's face it, the turnover here, no matter how you look at it, has been much, much higher than industry standards. That is not a coincidence. It is a reflection. This company is severely flawed. It starts at the top. JS is not someone that can sustain longevity and it is because of who he surrounds himself with. Kiss ass people do nothing for the company. PT, ES, JB are all examples of his hand selected brown nosers who clearly demonstrate that talent is not a primary factor of advancement and responsibility in this organization. When one of his cronies goes, you know something really horrible happened. Someone doesn't leave a dual director role she was not qualified to lead either role to become an account manager at a less prestigious company because "she wants to"

So well stated. Leadership scratching their heads about low trust and lack of open communication in the company is puzzling. Perhaps they believe others can’t see through what prior poster so accurately said. With blinders on to protect one’s peeps because they boost your ego or just say the right thing to keep a positive buzz going, is detrimental to company performance and organizational morale. Once performance and merit are discounted, the downward spiral begins. And sadly, it has begun some time ago.

THEY DON’T CARE

True. Never saw this in any other company. But if they don’t starting caring, and getting our house in order, the competition will kick our asses. Not smart to ever dismiss competitive threat.

MTPA never realized they are in the people business, it starts in HQ in Japan who clearly place little value on people in general, on employees even less and certainly none on patients. People is the point of it all you morons and your consistent mistreatment of your closest neighbors your employees is the tell. You reap what you sew

The bigger problem is that the company is not only not seen as a threat in the industry, it isn’t even a competitor. Drugs are going to be in bodies quickly and it isn’t going to be what MT is trying to peddle. Patients prefer trying to make their own version of AMX or enroll in trials to available products, but that’s about to change.

Everyone that’s left for greener pastures has failed miserably. Intercept didn’t get NASH drug approved. Lundbeck, Migraine drug is a bust. Now, Biogen’s Alzheimer’s drug will likely get a no from FDA. For all its faults, Mitsubishi is still here paying the bills.
Who the af gets on CP and starts a thread using their name?!? And talks trash about former colleagues at better companies?!? Mr. Telesca, you don’t seem like a kind or wise man.
