A 46% turn over is more than people just whining. It's a serious corporate problem. Plateau. Those that are tenured and succeeding are doing so because they have amazing skill sets and they had the opportunity to make something happen. The new reps are forced to think on a box. Perhaps if some of the build the business mentality was allowed to exist still more people would be happy and stay. I wish I had been apart of this company 4 years ago. Different direction and management style. Today's culture is oppressive.
