Is no one gonna bring up that bag 1 now has to “p1” bp? The aMDD market is literally 9 times the opportunity and we’re reverting back to the indication(s) that almost every AP has?! Not to mention new branded competitors with reps only talking about those patients?! I don’t understand this at all.
 










































They will either end this experiment after a few quarters or watch everyone quit.

Unless... maybe that was the original intent since EVERYONE knows 3 in a territory is insane, a waste of resources and makes everyone a liar about their calls.

I’ve heard from an MSL and two psychiatrists that patients’ skin felt like it was melting. To be fair It’s probably extremely rare like SJS. But the bigger problem isn’t that, caplyta just doesn’t work. It looks amazing on paper no weight gain or EPS but after nearly 3 years on the market it’s barely budged even with its clever bipolar 2 campaign. Already getting outsold by the pig in lipstick of Lybalvi.

I was handed the bag 3 list drive all over the place to see some doc nearing retirement or just starting out no clue on how to treat depression that fails traditional drugs. I would just look at them and they would say "That is something I refer to a Psych." Within the team of 3, there was resentment and jealousy. I did ok but soon found myself on the end of the you need new writers, etc conversation. I got fed up and left for a smaller specialty company and make twice as much with really no stress issues at all. Never understood the sales logic at Abbvie and the other big pharma companies.
