Can’t wait to see how this plays out. No incentive to find new business; just try and pray the 85 year old primary care doc is finally going to write Vraylar for depression after they failed 4 other antipsychotics. I would assume all bag 3 goals to be pretty low, huh?

I couldn’t agree more. I know they want us calling on our panels but the bag 3 was already a shit panel. At least you could move business where it was a viable option. Now the entire salesforce is going to be so demotivated to do anything. I would love for sales planning and analytics to work the territory as a bag 3 under these conditions before deciding to only pay us on a bag 3 panel.
 






Exactly…they are clueless! They don’t want to hear that most of us hate our jobs because we don’t have enough viable targets to call in a week. And management is pushing us to hit 8-9 targets a day. What a joke! They just want a bunch of box checkers and most of us feel forced to put in these fake calls to get our manager off our backs. They don’t want to hear what the real world issues are. And what about those territories that are plugging in 10+ calls a day and still, after 8 years on the market, have less than 100 TRX/week…How effective are those 10 calls? How about they look at that ratio? Now bag 3 is getting stuck with the shitty no-see providers that haven’t written a Vraylar script in 8 years and putting them on a different commission structure is so wrong. Susie and Josh are just verified they are out of touch with the field and have no idea what selling beyond the 2005 sales model looks like.
