Glaxo... Has anyone received an offer???

Interviewed in Dallas week of Apr 13. Put through to second interview in afternoon with Reg Bus Dir. Was told I should hear something in a week or so. Late last week I did recv encouraging email from recruiter stating I am seriously being considered and the DM is very interested. As of this moment however, have not heard anything.
 












It's been several weeks without one word from the recruiter. Since then I have made it to second interview with another company. If I get an offer I plan on taking it regardless of what happens with this. This is completely unprofessional.
 












A corporate recruiter told our group prior to our panel interviews that 10-50 people were phone screened for each territory, out of the phone screens that 3 people per territory were selected for face to face interviews, and only 1 person could move forward to RD and get the job. I made it through to RD interview and was under the impression that as long as we didn't blow the interview that those that interviewed with the RD has the job. Did every other group get the same speech in the waiting room before they got called in for their panel interviews with DMs?

Interviewed in Big D., and was left with the impression that Tuesday, April 29th would be the next day of contact.

Which hopefully means sometime this week.

Yes, but in some cases more than one person was pushed to the RD. So instead ogf them saying if you make it to RD you get the job they should say something along the lines of "we will let you know"
 


















Some insight...I received email from the DM...they are contacting people with offers as of last friday and today...there are first choices and second choices in each territory...I got my offer last week and accepted it already..DM's have contacted all of the 1st choices and if they decline they move to the next choice...Alot of the decisions come down to a "fit" in the district

My situation was similar to the last poster. I interviewed on Thurs. 4/24,was contacted by hiring manager Fri.4/25 with offer. I accepted, and filled out the inVentiv New Hire Form.
Good Luck everyone. It has been a year since my last position ,enduring 4 final Publicis interviews, so don't give up!!!
