Who can ever forget her picking her teeth and nose on camera during team meetings? She had no self awareness, manners, or class.
Word on the street is that Tess's new business is off to a horrible start. Quit calling former Pfizer colleagues for support - we did not like you when you were here.
TC and people like her is what doomed this organization. She was not bright but sold her soul to the devil and moved up. Tricked incompetent leadership along the way and now they are all gone. She was caught in a lie because at the end of the day she was in way over her head. She promoted worthless people with little experience and those of us left are now trying to clean up the mess. However it is too late. Good luck in your new business- we know how that will end as well.

This thread will forever remain alive because of the damage Tess caused. So fake. Check out her current business venture… she legit is marketing herself as a consultant who “ made it” when in fact she was forced out of Pfizer. Terrible hires all around… even down to the KAM levels… heard she took a former rep who did terrible on the interview for KY and TN, fudged her numbers , and put her in as an Ohio KAM who pisses off people left and right and doesn’t even care. Had all of her Texas crew promoted. Rare Disease would be in a better place today if she never got that job.
Oh, there were many, many KAMs who she hired that flat out bombed their interviews.
Many successful, capable reps who had the connections to be very successful KAMs in their territories were blocked and their "KAM" ended up being an idiot from some other state who knew nothing about the accounts.
Our customers saw through this right away and worked instead with Novartis, Amgen, AZ et al who actually built the KAM role the right way and put their superstar local reps in those jobs. Not some airhead from Texas.
Right. And it’s still going on with her little buddies. SP and CC. At least that ditz JM didn’t get to keep her rare disease KAM spot…walking nightmare in front of customers. Don’t people get that docs only want to talk to reps, access team, medical? Such a shame that everyone cares about everything but what actually matters.
I still remember when she was the Team 3 Lead. She had absolutely no stage presence and was a joke. We laughed at her when she was on stage. That entire team was decimated and she got promoted. How does that happen?
It usually happens when you find yourself on your knees when something gets inserted in your mouth! Just ask TG all about it.
