What a perfect assessment of this place! 100% con job. Reps feel exploited because they’re being used for relationships and talent, and in return get lowball pay (everyone thought they’d make it up in stock and launch worthy bonuses) AND HAVE TO CO-PROMOTE WITH ABBVIE MORONS!!! Half of the reps are already looking for new jobs. The ones not looking came from big pharma with a handful of experience. Good luck being successful with those idiots on your hands!
