Interesting company, base salary for managers is a little on the low side. The rest of the comp and benefits look outstanding, which may make up for the lower base when you add it all together. A

Looks like they are brining all managers in at $250K, $60k at plan for IC, $1000 a month car allowance. 60% of base salary in equity, and NO out of pocket for health insurance - which is pretty amazing.

Anyone hear anything different?

I heard something different, they aren't hiring managers! They trust the reps enough to work with the RD. So I call BS on this post.

Managers are riding quarterly with reps? I am in the oncology space and have no access in many hospitals, offices and centers. What on earth are reps doing with managers when they arrive?

If there’s no access, why is there a rep? I’ve never understood this approach. I don’t blame anyone. Why spend the money?

The management team are all industry rejects with degrees from second and third-tier diploma mills. Stay the hell away.

This company deserves what it's gonna get. The interview process was a joke with the recruiter they used. They gave too much power with the recruiter and great people saw and started pulling out. The launch will fail very limited patients in this disease state. I can't tell you how bad the recruiter failed this company. What a joke!

Stop crying bitch

$190k base for reps - non negotiable
No cost health insurance-nice perk
Unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the pay cut for many people.
Everything else from car allowance, equity, IC is standard.
The low base was a non starter for many people.

What kind of bonuses are being offered with the rep positions? What does the total package look like? If the lower salary is balanced with a more aggressive bonus opportunity then the benefits and total package might be ok…
