im not a fan of Nolly - get on him for his sales or management tactics not for him being in charge of his local theatre, that's not a conflict...... I'm sure a lot of reps are coaching different sport teams for their kids or involved with different community organizations.

The communication to the managers and sales reps has just been amazing from the new management.
A couple months have gone by and not much has changed as the everyone is clueless to what is going on.
Shitty comp plan, No marketing dept. , haven't bought any new companies, .
But we do have a few new things
