This post completely shows how dumb you are...

Gooch didn't want to pay you on skin because he is a metal guy, he thought regen sold itself. He got his job by saying this division would start selling more metal, he came up with a strategy to get an idiot like you to buy into it, it failed. All of our recent acquisitions in the past few years weren't financed from the profits of our mediocre metal sales.

Our new leader sees this. I couldn't be happier for the division and new leadership we have.
 






The comments above are mostly spot on, metal is a commodity and our metal really is outdated. The Skin pretty much sells itself except when Pmx was coming hard after it a few years back. Now just look how bad the TEI acquisition has become? Management totally blew that one.

integra reps are the luckiest reps in the industry. Half the quota's are skin in which they rarely attend a case. Better save $ now before Bobby D cracks down and transitions back to the old comp plan. You will be pleading for Nick to come back. Just look at your W-2 and tell me you are making less $
 






You guys are all wrong. The acquisitions happened because of the Neuro division's sales success. Why do you think Bob D is running recon now. Peter A has a plan to mimic Neuro's success.

I am making less money.

For any rep that has a territory over 1.3M this comp plan is taking money away. If Integra want reps to sell metal , pay them points like a real orthopedics company. Eat what you kill.

When Nick launched the plan, they said territories would be split once they got too big. The promises have not been kept, and now there are reps selling 1.7- .2.5M. Only paying on Growth with a 2.5M territory is pretty bad. When the rep selling 600K is making more than the 2M rep makes no sense.

This is what happens when the arrogant so-called leaders play God with comp plans. Most people end up screwed which I'm not sure wasn't their plan all along. When you screw with sales people mostly the best ones leave first.

No need to pay large skin territories large commissions- most reps don't attend 80% of skin cases. Honestly most couldn't even provide any actual clinical support other then henostasis before application. I gaurentee they can't even describe how fibroblasts or cytokines are apart of the wound healing process. All they are concerned about is how they can substation the highest cost on skin to cash out on bonus. Times are changing your going to have to get a big boy job.......

so back to the subject at hand. The Gooch is finally gone. Can we at least celebrate that for a minute and stop being such little cry babies? Things are going to change.
