All of the directors have signed NDA’s. They’ll all be getting over 7 figures if and when a buyout occurs. They have major incentive to say everything is great and tell the word Galderma is amazing. It’s all about the Benjamin’s. Reps and managers quitting and hitting numbers are meaningless. When they sell this rat nest to some dumb company for billions is when the directors get their payday.
They will need it because they will blow through it fast. Then they can think about how shitty they are as human beings.
What’s the LA Manager Pete’s hiring record? I hear he has 100% turnover and people can’t stand him. Why is he still there? Isn’t that a bad sign?
