Galderma Aesthetics CA positions

Considering applying for Galderma aesthetics position but have heard rumblings that outgoing reps left bc no money could be made, seems like Botox reps are saying the same. Is this true? Happy for a challenge with difficult goals, just worried everyone is jumping ship bc they’re unattainable.

Los Angeles

Run Forest Run….

Galderma laid off a bunch of great reps in LA and shortly after the rest of the team left on their own accord.
When you interview ask the LA South manager ask these questions:
-how many of his reps received under 85% performance warning letters in the past 6 months.
- ask for the cell phone #s of the LA reps that were with Galderma for a decade or longer to pick their brain
- ask how many reps hit plan the past year
- ask to see the mathematic equation on how they set goals
- ask why there’s so many negative reviews on cafe pharma and not one single piece of positivity.
- ask how many people quit on his team and the circumstances
- ask to see the payout for the past year of all the reps on his team. It’s ok to ask for documentation. They will ask about your awards and will want to see YOUR sales #’s. Ask to see his teams sales #s. When he refuses to show you run for the hills.
- Ask to speak to all the current members of the team and then ask why everyone is trying to find other jobs.
- just ask very pinpointed questions - there is so much turnover and nobody wants to come here.

No matter how many reps cum and go. Always fresh supply of sales rep types with a communications degree who want to make a lot of money and work 2 hours a day. Then they get a pip because they can’t sell. And lazy and come in under 85%. If you ain’t coming in at 110% or greater quarter after quarter you suck. Go back to selling cars or men’s lingerie at Nordstrom

Go the Forest board on CP and you'll when the LA manager was at Forest, he wasn't popular there either. Now, LA has the highest turnover of any team in the country.

How many freaking openings are in Los Angeles. My god. You would be a Moron to apply here. I’d suggest anyone looking at Galderma to speak to the rep who had the job before. There’s always 3 or 4 openings at any given time. There are way better jobs folks. Galderma is weird. Leadership is weird. Pete- the manager in LA is hot as hell though. Even though people can’t stand to work for him, he is definitely eye candy.

Why is Pete protected?

You should absolutely reach out to the former rep in the territory. Not too hard to do. Just a quick LinkedIn search. Better yet- ask the hiring g manager for their cell and see if they want you to talk to them. Do your research. Galderma will do a background check on you. You need to do one on them.
