ASP is up for sale

The Sterrad products are worth selling off, but everything else is useless. Senior leadership is clearly incompetent. JC still thinks business is done the way it was in 1990, LS has no clue how to sell anything, and has never been a salesperson in any capacity. She is in way over her head in her role. CR is nothing more than a mouthpiece and has brought absolutely nothing to the organization. There is no coherent strategy for the future, and nothing in the R&D pipeline. No one can give away the steam products that CR and LS saddled us with. They’re clearly inferior to the market leaders but sold at the same price point. Evotech is a garbage product that’s a maintenance nightmare. If Fortive was smart, they’d sell off the Sterrad line and the service team to Gettinge or Belimed and dissolve the rest of the company. Fortive isn’t a healthcare company and never learned how to operate effectively in this marketplace.
