Midwest - watch out for manager MB and his boss DM. M will tell you choice is up to him, but if D doesn’t like you, your out. That kind of manager won’t have your back. Wierd that D had to meet all of MB candidates - no other area director did that - lack of trust?

The assignment is filter to weed out who is willing to put in some effort and/or complete an assignment even if they don't believe in it. If you are unwilling to complete an assignment in the interview phase then your effort level only goes down from there once hired. Consider yourself weeded out mfer's
