Flexion

I was told I'd been selected for final interview and interviewed with 5 people who gave good feedback and also with HR. Discussed steps for background check and drug screen. Was told I'd hear in 48 hours and that was on Tuesday. Nothing since so assuming they went with other candidate.

Sorry to hear that. I am still waiting to hear but beginning to think the same thing happened

Agree with you both on excitement level of product and that company future high risk. I really liked some of the management crew I interviewed with and job had great benefits. Tough call. If you all are interested hope you end up getting the call!

Candidates were selected. Heard from hiring manager and I was turned down. It was a professional conversation but was relieved/semi disappointed at the same time. I have a good job now which made my feelings better then to be jobless. I think the opportunity is great as a start up. My only complaint was the reason I didn’t get the gig. Buy/Bill experience! I’m sure many others heard the same thing. I’ve spent over 13 years in hospital (formulary) Pharma and medical device sales. Buy/Bill is a joke in comparison. 20+ years in medical sales together. I felt though through the entire process they had already made there decision who they wanted and I was just the #2 candidate. That’s when I should of pulled the plug and said I’m not wasting my time and going to Dallas. Live and Learn.

Midwest - watch out for manager MB and his boss DM. M will tell you choice is up to him, but if D doesn’t like you, your out. That kind of manager won’t have your back. Wierd that D had to meet all of MB candidates - no other area director did that - lack of trust?
