It’s great that NN is truly committed to D&I and gives freely of his time to networks such as ADN. But he also needs to demonstrate that he cares about this business that he leads. Other leaders in our organization balance these in harmony in ways that improve both D&I and business results. NN simply doesn’t care about our business results and that is going to hurt a lot of us and the patients we serve.

Yeah, I probably shouldn't have said he "gives freely of his time," because you are right that it is actually Heartware's time. I meant that I think its great for people to participate in ERGs and other things, but they still need to be accountable to results. Participating in initiatives like these are actually considered results for some people.
