why is it open? Rep promoted, leave or fired? What can a rep expect to make?

Let go. The territory has very little Medicare coverage and a high quota. You can expect to make your base salary and be fired too!!!!
Was going interview through a recruiter for a sales job here, but took a pass after doing some research on the management. Product seems to be viable, just not so sure of the plan moving forward and I dont think they are either
Probably not a big loss. She talked big, but didn't always deliver, or when she delivered the reimbursement was weak with many constraints to the point the Docs tell me they do not want to mess around for a measly $130.
Now time for Nancy to do the honorable thing so we can have somebody else come in straighten her mess.
So what is the scoop behind Jeff's firing, if that is what it was? Any more RSDs on the chopping block? Any insight on this?

If he was fired, it was not for performance. The NE is kicking butt and is the only region without full Medicare coverage.
You really need to keep up. Britt and Gregg are the only remaining RSDs. Three new ones part of a sales manipulation.
I left a while back for better pastures, so I have not kept up with you guys. Is Pam gone too?
And who replaced them?
JS's replacement is like taking two steps backward! This is definitely another reason to move on.
