gb and mk to-do list.fix the sky-high turn-over which has to be near eighty percent, change the awful culture, fix the comp plan which has been confirmed as the worst plan in medical device, stop the sales decline, actually get some reimbursement for this procedure, etc.
 






GB is a good guy but he's in over his head. He is a clinical guy and has a lot of passion but its take more than that to run a sales force. Tells you the level of talent at EGS.
EGS cannot get it right. Says a lot of MK. That guy doesn't know what he's doing. Has he ever inspired anyone at EGS? Every gave any good words of wisdom? Big guy who hides behind his composure to lead. That's it.
 






Oh no!!! They actually brought JT back to EGS. My team had to work with him when he was a PSM and we hated this guy. Now he's going to manage us? What is GB thinking? This guy is the biggest self centered jerk. When did he all of a sudden become management material? Now our team has to put up with him!! Please GB, fix the mistake you made before we all starting looking for alternative employment.
 


















Good luck to GB. At least he will try his best. Not sure he will be good enough. The two best PDM's here at EGS will be working somewhere else in 55 days. All the rest of the PDM's are losers. Wow, I hate it here. I think I will do my best to accomplish nothing and get paid for it. Why not? The sales force does it and they're still here? Go check in the bathroom stall. That is typically where I sit and take small naps all day while dropping logs. Love it.
 


















Wow, I was hoping something would change with GB, but it's just more incompetent decision-making at the top. New job search here I come. I wont continue to work for that weasel JT

The worst part is we now have that whiner DR working in our region. When did Boston became the Midwest? I bet BP didn't want his negative attitude ruining it for the rest of his region so they gave him to the weasel.

Ha! You can have him. We couldnt take his complaining in our region cuz he was always ragging about someone or something in the company and kept bringing us down. Nice guy but way negative.
 






MK, are you sure we have funding?? the cfo looks nervous and there have been no updates in the papers. i will give it to you on the comp plan though; you saved a ton of money there. that is the worst plan in med device history.

Worst NSM ever. Management is nervous. We're forced to bunk together. TT must be laughing at us now. And I hear DR's roomie couldn't sleep cuz DR f*rted all night.
