I’ll have to politely disagree. My manager keeps me focused, driven and organized. I also perform better in awkward situations. Not the same for you?

Field rides was the main reason I left Supernus. After 5 years I was tired of constantly fighting the damage he did in offices. If you’re going in, maybe act like the guest you are, or that you like to make money as much as your rep does, which means not being a jerk. I swear, every manager they hired while I was there had a chip on his shoulder and a fragile ego.

Left Supernus almost a year ago. Have only had 1 single ride day w my new company. Guess I outgrew needing a babysitter

The problem with the managers at Supernus is that they are never there to help you. They only show up to check in to make sure you are up to speed in your offices. They are rude, aggressive, and inconsiderate to staff members and targets. They are downright condescending and belittling to the reps. I believe I had the worst encounter with my RD ever a few months ago. I asked them for input on how to handle a situation and they literally asked me how I think I should handle it. If you aren't showing up to help me then there is no need for you to be in my car.

Just keep turning your frequency report and everything will be fine. You will hit your quota every quarter

Absolutely you’re an RD or something like that. Ride along 2 days a month if out of hand.

Chad Anthes, I worked with this young boy when we sold Trokendi XR. He was not well liked, superiority complex can definitely put a damper on things.

I couldn’t imagine him leading anything to success outside of his ego. Bless anyone that’s in any shared space with Chad, it’s draining to say the least.
