Field Reimbursement Manager Postings

You don’t want to work here! The KPIs are horrendous! The leadership have no clue about taking the FRM position in-house. People who started this spring are already starting to interview for other companies. I thought people really like working for JNJ but the FRMs brought on earlier this year are not happy! Remember, we are NOT sales people!
Well, it’s Sunday and I dread going to work tomorrow! I know a lot of you feel the same way.

Totally agree with the above Post.
Overpaid! Non-Revenue drivers. Whine and bitch. Get rid of the whole bunch.
Most of them do not even have access to the offices. They call and then tell their bosses they tried.

There’s an FRM Oncology position posted for the the Northwest. For those of you that work at JNJ, what do you think of the leadership, the position etc.. Are you happy, is JNJ a good company to work for? Culture, etc.?

Run! The leadership is out of touch and horrible! People are not even waiting a year and they are trying to get out! Most thought JNJ was a decent company when they were interviewing, but they feel much different now!

People in engineering have been know to alter data and embezzle funds, hence the last few recalls. If that's what the supposed most ethical group does, then be very afraid for what the business side does. But hey, a paycheck is a paycheck.

Have to agree. Feel like I was baited and switched by coming here. Leadership doesn’t know basic reimbursement and will argue the basics with an experienced FRM. JnJ has never been in the reimbursement space, but now put sales manager into the FRM Director roles. No clue. But they can role play. The hub is a mess and JnJ will say we have this or that program, but when it comes to how to find it or sign a patient up- just hit a wall. Severely dysfunctional. But hey, I can role play now and put metrics into Veeva I look great.

Yea you talk big but can you sleep half a day in a XC 90 Volvo lieflat sales shill chuck wagon charriott in some random parking lot with out a cop knocking on your window asking if your dead or drunk or both?

I certainly can and have been for years. Sir!!

Wouldn’t surprise me. If anyone from outside of J&J or Cencora came over to be an AD, I can totally see how they’d be disappointed and massively frustrated. On one hand there’s too many in leadership and on the other hand, no one knows how to do anything, or understand reimbursement is about pull through: getting patients on treatment effectively and efficiently and helping them stay. If they could make programs more confusing, they will. If they could throw some more obstacles in the way for patients to onboard- they will. After they make FRMs role play and show 3 two hour decks on 5 conference calls.

Do yourself a favor and don’t apply! HH/JNJ continues to MICROMANAGE and treat this position like a sales position with their KPIs of calls/day, constant 2 day field visits, ADs that ride with us and monitor our driving skills, and leaders that have never been FRMs. This place is HELL! How do you get yourself out of this nightmare!? People are starting to jump ship after 6 months!

Do yourself a favor and don’t apply! HH/JNJ is a micromanaging _ell hole! The KPIs are horrendous! What Oncology FRM is required to do 6 calls/day! Two day field visits with your AD monitoring your driving skills, ADs and leaders that have never been an FRM, the HUB is a mess and this list goes on and on! FRMs that have been here 5-6 months are already jumping ship! This place is a nightmare! Leadership has to change! I’ve worked for many leading pharmaceutical companies and I can’t tell you things have to change or JNJ won’t have anyone left!

HH was the worst leadership decision they could have made. No empathy, no humility and terrible people skills.

A dead fish will rot from the head. Hopefully leadership makes the right move before it’s too late.

I haven’t seen any FRMs leave. What territory are you even talking about? And, everyone has metrics. Just so your job.
I’ve heard there are at 3-4 that gave given their notice and that doesn’t include the ADs. I heard more are giving notice within the next few weeks. I don’t think it has to do with just metrics per se but upper leadership. Too much micromanagement and babysitting.
