I will be straight to the point about JB. Jason would stab anyone in the back if he thought it would work to his advantage with his boss. He talks a good game, and is a total kiss ass.
He told on other employees and finally Jill our boss realized he was not doing crap in the field and got rid of Jason.

If you damn reps keep complaining so much about the FAS, why is it that so many of you moved over to this role? Instead of complaining on cafe pharma why don't you focus on your job? It's easy to blame someone for your lack of selling rather than taking accountability for your lack of selling skill sets. A true salesperson would get the job done, period!

We are barely making $90 M on a drug that was projected to be at $300 M by now...do the math and go figure why the company is allowing you to collect a paycheck for dick sales.
