Female Interviewers Disliking Female Candidates

If women are so good at sniffing out phony, why do soooo damn many of them end up with such losers---AND either do it over and over with different losers or keep going back to the same one?????

Bring some science skills sprinkled with people skills to the table you'll be fine.

Women are also intimidated by other women in many circumstances and believe me when I write that I "know my science" (with the degree and grades to prove it) because one female manager immediately told me after an interview had started that I'm too "overqualified" for the job.

I know have to put the brakes on talking about my knowledge of the science of a product and/or disease state in front of a female manager.

The same can be written for some of the men that they hire that they are so easily fooled by.
