There are more terrible male managers at Abbott than there are female managers. Yet for years an entire thread is devoted to disparaging Jami. And there’s been a lawsuit filed recently explaining how horrible women at this company are treated. THAT’S why people focus on “man versus woman”.

You can be a woman and be a terrible manager. That is what is being said here. JM is a terrible manager. This has been talked about for several years by many employees both men and women.
