Hospira made a living out of killing people with their drugs. Then they act like they didn't know what it was being used for when it starting getting alot of attention.

funny post. The Austin facility is incredibly outdated, the building is literally falling apart. The quality side of things, especially the chemical quality department, it's a joke. Root causes are never determined for ERs and LIRs. The laboratory equipment is old and there's not enough thermometers or analytical balances. Turnover is absurdly high. The management (cq supervisor and laboratory manager) are incompetent and shady. Every audit the supervisors hide all the laboratory ledgers (for solution prep and equipment log books) and keep the auditors out of the resin blending lab. The supervisor even said she feared for her job if the FDA goes into the resin blending lab (if you even want to call it a lab).
