Hospira made a living out of killing people with their drugs. Then they act like they didn't know what it was being used for when it starting getting alot of attention.

Back on point. The "leadership team" has already taken the lipstick to this pig and has spun it as a shining beacon of the successful turnaround across Hospira. They are doing cartwheels Lake Forest that this was not another Warning Letter.

Actually, I wouldn't be doing any cartwheels up in Conway Patk just yet as they wouldn't necessarily know about any possible pending warning letter just from a 483. A warning letter can arrive weeks and even months later. Remember, indications are they also had multiple repeat observations. Not good, if true.
