FDA Approves Generic Aloxi

<

But helsinn will sue there ass off. I don't think they will launch at risk. Aloxi is not lipitor or a multi billion $ drug

Either way, Eisai spends a ton of $ in court or Dr. Reddy goes to market. The future is not bright at Eisai. How long till OB sends us a vm denying any ALoxi interest from generic manufactures. The best will be when it goes generic early, how OB will tell us to sell on the clinical, generic pricing doesn't matter. HAHAHAHA.

Helsinn and roche are handling the lawsuit. Not sure eisai is having to foot any of the bill?

Do you think all these generic companies would have looked for early approval if they did not think there was a good probability of success. Drug compounds are usually covered by many kinds of patents. It could be that generics cannot break all the patents, for all uses, but can break some patents enough to get out to market. One cannot speculate without knowing the specifics. The politics favor generics.

Remember when we had to hear about generic Lovenox out on the street instead of from upper management? Nothing has changed with this upper management. Don't set your expectations high with this leadership. You will be disappointed again and again.
