Why do you think we are going through layoffs? The DEI initiative had the wrong people making all the decisions for the past 5 years. It's finally caught up to us.

That is only one piece of this disaster. DEI for sure has major implications here and Lilly is too cowardly to end it as too many are getting their sweet pay days. Some other thoughts- creating an avenue for patients to get our meds directly, diminishing rep access, Novo's new combo which seems to be much better in several ways, uncertainty about CV outcomes ( I think this is a big reason) with GIP, Medicare talks which do not include MJ this go around, etc............
