As one "blessed" to origionally sell Fanapt (now on to other things). How is the state of Fanapt? What do you expect sales will be this year? I made good money with Fanapt but saw no way this product would ever be successful. At the launch meeting thought the powers to be must have been smoking crack. Only thing I experienced close to thise was Migranal. Don't know what that is? Need I say more.
 




What did you morons expect? This drugs history is one failure after another. Novartis own this drug and could not get it to work then sold it to vanda who by some miracle convinced the FDA to approve it. Boy were you guys smart to buy it back. Who was the dumbass that made that decision.

I spoke to one of their speakers today. He told me the drug works like Zyprexa without the side effects, and is already approved for bi-polar in Europe. Two other targets have told me they are talking up bi-polar success others have seen. The phase III trials are scheduled to be completed this year. The reps in my area are beating up on our dosing and high alpha receptor affinity.

Why would any one "beat up" Fanapt dosing? NO ONE USES IT. I doubt that anyone even thinks about Fanapt, including docs.

You are correct. EH mole just posted in another thread that Neuropsych is on the clock! His posts have been amazingly accurate. My guess is that he really is a corporate insider/big shot who actually has some sympathy for the sales force. He probably came up through the ranks from the good old days!
