Anyone else feel like this launch is already burning? It's obvious there is no plan. Things keep getting moved and rushed for no reason and without being thought through.

Nobody knows what we can or can't talk about... if we can or can't be proactive.... when samples will be available... who will get samples... when it will hit the pharmacy... what targets will actually be important... do they want us to keep selling DE/Glaucoma?

All they're leaning on is "LOOK HOW BIG THE MARKET IS".

Is it just me or does Vuity seem like a boring product to sell? It’s pilocarpine for god sakes. I’d rather collect bottles and cans from dumpsters versus trying to sell a glorified version of pilocarpine. Fucking L.
 




This launch is not and will not be chaotic. Teamwork and communication are key. Share best practices. Do not start with this negativity again. First it was minimal territory adjustments and now the launch is chaotic? This toxic mentality is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Good day.

“minimal” territory adjustments? Many reps got moved out of their territories. Nothing has been minimal. Good day poster, either you don’t actually work here or you’re only on here to stir the pot with misinformation. No one takes you seriously.

How do they even create these ginormous numbers based on a non existent market?! Where is the potential to blow it out? When the bar is set so high then it appears we get our standard quarterly bonuses.

Don't forget the fact that we aren't getting samples until sometime mid January, consumer marketing doesn't start until halfway through q1, and we have all of no information to leave with our provides yet... But we're supposed to "explode out of the gate".
 




What you fail to see and understand is the size of the market. It is enormous and the demand beyond your wildest imagination. Resist the urge to turn negative and look for reasons to give up. This will be easier than selling Restasis. Share best practices through frequent communication and stay positive. Stay positive. We have seen lots of negativity this year with complaints about additional help and minimal territory adjustments. Now that same negativity is shining through with nasal spray sales for goodness sake! Stay the course and be positive. Good day!
