Received an invite to Orlando. Any insight into how the interviews are set up. It seems as if we are meeting with multiple people. Is this a panel interview situation or do you move from one room to the next? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

The recruiter told me that you interview with HR and your DM on day 1 and if you make the final interview you interview with the regional the following day. The kicker is if you don't make the final interview they will TRY to get you on a stand by flight back home the first night. It all seems very strange to me. I don't have a good feeling about this co at all.

It's a house of cards with very mean spirits (desperate people) associated with it.
