True. I was hired recently for a Neurology launch base 165k plus higher at target bonus. And I know many many reps getting up to 170+ at other Neurology companies. Welcome to biotech and true specialty not Pfizer level “specialty”.

I believe the high end of 135 is a hard set number and no negotiating will happen,
