New timeline is August start date.
Apparently that’s the plan. Initial phone screens are completed. Next step speaking with hiring Mgr but that’s in a holding pattern for the moment with covid-19.
New timeline is August start date.
I was told if brought on as a executive level rep it is 130-135k plus 48k at plan.
No you must be a primary care rep. Senior/Executive specialty pharma reps make 140-165k in base pay with bonus on top of it. That’s reality!
True. I was hired recently for a Neurology launch base 165k plus higher at target bonus. And I know many many reps getting up to 170+ at other Neurology companies. Welcome to biotech and true specialty not Pfizer level “specialty”.
Good luck trying to get in to nursing homes anytime soon!
shit I will low ball all of ya and take 100k base...be thankful to have a job these days![]()
Reps in LTC are underpaid. Top range is 118k
Actually, $118 as upper band for reps is VERY GOOD...the debate should be about bonus and stock potential. I work for a major biopharm.....our biotech/specialty rep base salaries don't get much higher unless they have 20 years in or have taken on field leader roles
been a very long time since i have looked on this board because I am completely happy at Acadia. the fact is that base salaries are good and in line with most. yes. There are rare disease specialties with a higher base however, you would be hard pressed to find a more exciting company at the moment. Excited to be at Acadia and I dont know anyone here that feels differently.
