There are always challenges that must be overcome and to expect to walk in the door and be rewarded for just showing up is a fools errand! If you had to name one fucked up thing about this salesforce it wouldn’t be the “career ladder”, or the lack of a medical affairs, or even the miserable reimbursement. It would be the lack of annual reviews AND merit raises.
 
























The only thing humorous about this is hearing the so called "elite" Opko renal reps knowingly riding on legacy renal reps' coattails interview at Horizon and not getting it. Horizon knows elite when they see it.

No, no, no, you’ve got that wrong. The one fucked up thing about the sales force is KM and his lack of being able to lead effectively, everyone knows it and yet he is still leading, insane.
