News Flash! The reason they call it a job is that you actually have to work. So many of the younger sales reps have grown up being rewarded for simply participating in activities. Now welcome to the real world! If you gravitate to the negative non producers, you will never learn how to be successful. Every job will expect results and no place likes negativity. There are always challenges that must be overcome and to expect to walk in the door and be rewarded for just showing up is a fools errand! If you had to name one fucked up thing about this salesforce it wouldn’t be the “career ladder”, or the lack of a medical affairs, or even the miserable reimbursement. It would be the lack of annual reviews AND merit raises.yes they did. is anyone really surprised?
