OK, so he is a good "grounds keeper" but the verdict is still out on him as a CEO. Seems to me he should recognize what we do in the field will make or break the company. I would have expected the new CEO to be spending lots of time out in the field, visiting us and the customers to get a first hand knowledge of what we are facing. But then he is the CEO & I am a lonely rep, who am I to tell him how to run the business!!

To be fair, he'll be spending some time with the RSDs this week. And he has stated the official CEO search should take 90-120 days.

I see being asked to work harder for lesser pay, or at best same pay. I do not call that a "program."

Kill is making it happen...end of story. The guy gets it. We have been in desperate need of leadership and finally have found it as evident by the turn around
