did you just say "features and benefits?" You are the most retarded manager EVER! This isn't a tool, or gadget. This is a therapy. If your dumb ass can't teach your rookie reps a more intelligent process for developing the business you, your reps, and this company are fucked. The AUA is not going to back the product after MAY 2013 (i.e Physician Only administered).

Awful for device, but great for doing what you do!!! One step about Pharma. The only folks who got screwed were the shareholders of UPI that had to pay you all that money for missing your quota. Now you have to grow your territory. Since you can't, I hope you leave!!!
