1. Generally speaking, you’re right. Abhay is a mess, he lacks any notion of leading or in having any level of credibility or integrity.
2. He’s an abusive little man with his words, and he gets away with it because all of HR is inept. He’s a man of small stature. Weak.
3. Turnover pushes 50% the past two years
4. And here’s the why behind those who stay (or are stuck there)
Simply put, they’re 3rd tier talent at best, and even in this job market, they can’t get hired.
If you’re still there you should be ashamed to be associated with such a company. No one has any respect or pity for you (and so stop your complaining).
That says a lot. Half your employees leave, the other half can’t get hired elsewhere.
